Assembling for a job site in U.A.E. At the backside you see the generator. Below are a water tank and a high pressure water pump. The two frequency transformers are on the other side.

One more job site was finished successfully.

For easy assembling and disassembling the vibroflot have 3 plug systems. The photo shows the disassembling of the vibroflot in the middle.

Crawler crane Liebherr 1550, boom length 86 m.

71 m deep compaction, working radius 30 m.

Implementation time one year.

2006 Dubai

V 500

In the moment 6 Vibroflots V 500 are at work in Dubai. The photo shows an 11 years old machine – still working with a space of 5.6 m to 6.0 m.

The follow tubes have a second tube inside, called double system. It’s not necessary to weld additional tubes at the outside of the follow tubes. The plug system between the follow tubes and the vibro helps to change a vibro in 2 hours in hanging position.

The machines are running “full time” (24 hours per day, 7 days per week…). The life capacity between two inside repairs is about 1500 to 2200 hours.
